RP1. “THE PATH FOR INCLUSION” DIGITAL PLATFORM
It is a web platform where young people with TS will be able to carry out the activity gymkhana through personalized itineraries, obtain digital badges and become the promoters of change, and members of social entities will be able to obtain the resources they need to create their own itineraries.
RP2. MATERIALS AND RESOURCES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITH TOURETTE’S
A set of resources and materials (posters, strategies, catalogs, recommendations, videos…) for trainers, youth technicians and volunteers of organizations working with young people with Tourette Syndrome, as well as for the young people with TS themselves to facilitate the achievement of the milestones of the personalized itineraries.
RP3. FIGURE OF THE PROMOTER
OF THE CHANGE
The result of this project will be the constitution of the Figure of the Promoter of Change, a role of high social impact, designed to represent and promote the values of inclusion of young people with Tourette Syndrome in Europe.
RP4. METHODOLOGICAL GUIDE
This guide will offer social entities, non-formal training schools, NGOs, foundations and public institutions, all the necessary knowledge to train young people with TS, to improve their inclusion, overcoming different goals designed to overcome their barriers through activities that provide them with digital certificates of recognition of learning (formal and non-formal) for each milestone passed.
RP5. «PATH FOR INCLUSION» EUROPEAN NETWORK
We have created an intersectoral network at European level that brings together organizations with expertise in Tourette Syndrome, social cooperatives and technology companies specializing in the creation of software for the inclusion of people with obstacles. The main objective of this network is to achieve the inclusion of young people with Tourette Syndrome and to become PROMOTERS OF CHANGE.
R1. DIGITAL
BADGES
6 digital badges (one for each area and a global one) that will validate the training achieved by each young person with TS. Young people with TS will be able to integrate these badges in their Europass CVs to accredit competences and enhance their chances of inclusion in the labor market.
R2. STRUCTURAL
RESULTS
The project will bring about a profound transformation in all the promoting entities, changing their structures, their way of working, the scope of their projects, the sectors in which they operate and introducing new practices in their daily work.
R3. DISSEMINATION CAMPAIGN
It is a dissemination campaign that we are carrying out through social networks to make the project visible in the implementation phase and that we will carry out to disseminate it in the follow-up phase. The main objective of this campaign is not only to make the project known to hundreds of young people and members of associations, but also to promote the inclusion of young people with TS.
